The present conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company LeDUX Lumière whose registered office is located at 9, rue d’Occitanie 31880 La Salvetat St Gilles, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Toulouse under the number 528 475 320 hereinafter referred to as LeDUX Lumière and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website of LeDUX Lumière, hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”.
Object :
The present conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between LeDUX Lumière and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the commercial site of LeDUX Lumière, whether the buyer is professional or private.
The acquisition of a good or a service through this site implies an unreserved acceptance by the buyer of the present conditions of sale.
These conditions of sale will prevail over any other general or particular conditions not expressly approved by LeDUX Lumière.
LeDUX Lumière reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the conditions applicable will be those in force at the date of the order by the buyer.
Characteristics of the goods and services offered
The products and services offered are those which appear in the catalog published on the site of LeDUX Lumière.
These products and services are offered within the limit of available stocks.
The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but can not ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered, the technical specifications are given for information purposes only.
Prices :
The prices listed in the catalog are prices inclusive of VAT in euro taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order; Any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of the goods or services.
LeDUX Lumière reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, provided however that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
Prices do not include order processing, transport and delivery charges.
Orders
Purchasers who wish to purchase a product or service must:

- make payment under the conditions provided;
- Confirm its order and payment.

The seller will communicate by email confirmation of the registered order.
Payment terms
The payment of the articles is due to the order unless specific agreement between the customer and LeDux Lumière SAS.
At the buyer’s request, he will be sent an invoice on paper showing the VAT.
Shipments
Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area.
The risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the products have left the premises of LeDUX Lumière. In the event of damage during transport, the reasoned protest must be filed with the carrier at the time of delivery.
Delivery times are given for information purposes only; If these exceed thirty days from the order, the contract of sale may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed.
Guarantee:
All the products supplied by the seller benefit from the legal guarantee provided for in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
In case of non-conformity of a product sold, it can be returned to the salesman who will exchange it or refund it.

Refund
Reimbursements of products in the cases referred to in Articles II and VI shall be made by LeDUX Lumière within a maximum period of 30 days after receipt by the latter of such products. The refund will be made according to the same method of payment chosen by the customer at the time of its order or by the delivery of a purchase order.
Personal data
In accordance with the law relating to data processing, files and freedoms of 6 January 1978, personal data relating to purchasers may be processed automatically.
LeDUX Lumière reserves the right to collect information about purchasers including by using cookies </ em> and, if desired, to transmit the collected information to commercial partners.
Buyers may object to the disclosure of their contact information by notifying LeDUX Light. Similarly, users have the right to access and rectify data concerning them, in accordance with the law of 6 January 1978.
Archiving – Proof
LeDUX Lumière will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of article 1348 of the Civil Code.
The computerized records of LeDUX Lumière will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
Litigation
The present conditions of sale on line are subject to the French law.
In the event of a dispute, competence is attributed to the competent courts of Toulouse, notwithstanding plurality of defendants or call in guarantee.
